KGON WORKFORCE ON THE CLOCK CONTEST
CONTEST RULES

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Portland, LLC d/b/a KGON (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 0700 SW Bancroft Street, Portland Oregon, 97239 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website KGON.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

How to Enter:

1. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate memberships shall be deemed void if selected more than once (only the first chronologically selected entry will be recognized as a prize winning opportunity in this contest).

2. All members of the KGON Workforce Member listener club at 8AM on February 16th, 2010 and thereafter within one (1) business day of becoming a member, throughout the Contest Period, are automatically entered into the Contest. Existing members do not need to re-register in order to participate in this contest. If you have changed your address and/or phone number, you need to go to www.KGON.com, click on the KGON Workforce Member club link from the website and follow the instructions to update this information. Membership is free. To join and be automatically entered into this contest, go to www.KGON.com and click on the link to register as a member of KGON Workforce Member club by providing your first and last name, gender, birth date, email address, city, state and zip code. Incomplete or illegible registrations may be disqualified in Station’s sole discretion.

How to Win & Prizes

3. This Contest shall commence on Tuesday, February 16th, 2010 at 8am and conclude on Friday, April 2nd , 2010 at 5pm. Station will randomly select the name of one member per hour daily weekdays (Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays) from 8AM to 4PM. The last announcement on each contest day will take place at 4PM. The Station will announce on air the name of the randomly selected member at approximately the top of each hour during the stated contest hours.

4. The announced member will have 10 minutes from the contest announcement to call the Station at (503)733-5466(KGON). If the announced member calls the Station within the allotted 10 minutes, they will, subject to verification of eligibility, be placed “on the KGON Workforce Payroll” for a minimum of 1 hour (each such person a “Winner”).

5. Winners will receive $100 for each hour they are “on the KGON Workforce Payroll”. At the time a newly-announced member responds within the allotted 10 minute period after the announcement of their name, the previously-selected Winner will be removed from the “KGON Workforce Payroll.” If the next announced person does not call within the allocated 10 minute period, the previous Winner continues “on the KGON Workforce Payroll” at $100 per hour until another selected person responds appropriately to win or until the end of that contest day, whichever is soonest. Winners do not “earn” pay between the hours of 5pm and 8am.

6. Only calls received to the studio contest phone number above are eligible to win (calls to the main radio station phone number or any other phone numbers are not acceptable). In order to win, the actual selected member (not just any person with the same name) must personally call to claim their spot on the Payroll Payoff within the allotted time, as determined by the Station.

7. All cash awards are payable by station check and made available within 30 business days of the date of Winner completes all required Station documents. Each Winner shall be required to present himself/herself at the Station for the purpose of making the cash award and completing necessary paperwork.

8. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts.
