Beer, beer, and more beer.

So the festival season is slowing down, but there's still various Oktoberfest celebrations to go, and more beer and brats to enjoy.  Cheers! ~Iris

Now - Oct. 7: Oktoberfest at McMenamins. (Various locations) Enjoy beer, food, live music, etc.

                     Sun, Sept 24, Edgefield

Fri, Sept 22 (noon to 7 p.m.) Dancing In the Square Powwow at Pioneer Courthouse Square. Watch traditional dance in native regalia, hear drums, and shop vendors at Free.

Fri-Sun, Sept 22 – 24  Oregon International Air Show, featuring airplanes up close and in the air, aerobatics, skydivers, a kids’ zone, a beer garden, and Friday fireworks at Hillsboro Airport.

Fri-Sun, Sept 22 – 24:Pacific Northwest Brew Cup features northwest beers on tap, wine, cider, live music, food vendors, and kids’ activities. Free admission.

Fri-Sun, Sept 22 – 24: Oktoberfest at Oaks Amusement Park. German music, dancing, contests, food, drinks, a weekend Kinderplatz for kids, and Saturday dachshund races!

Sat, Sept 23: Museum Day Live.  Get a free ticket for two people to visit one of 16 Oregon museums.  

Sat, Sept 23 (2 to 7 p.m.): Craft Brew Smackdown in Albany. Walk between two dozen businesses pouring locally made beer, cider, or spirits, followed by an after party.

Sun, Sept 24: Sellwood-Milwaukie Sunday Parkways.  Walk, bike, or roller-skate on 8 miles of streets when most cars are banned for with activities and music nearby.

Sun, Sept 24 (11:00am 4:00pm): Westmoreland Park Salmon Celebration. The is an annual gathering along the banks of Crystal Springs Creek to welcome the return of salmon to the city of Portland.
