1999- Dennis Rodman and Carmen Electra are both arrested and charged with battery and domestic violence in a hotel in Miami Beach.
 
1999- U-S District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson rules that Microsoft is a monopoly.
 
1999- Gary Cherone announces he's leaving Van Halen after just one album with the band.

1965- The Who's "My Generation" is released as a single in the U-S. A number-two hit in the U-K, it only reaches number-74 in America.
