1973 - Rolling Stone magazine reports that a Buffalo Springfield reunion may be in the works.
1973 - Richie Furay of Poco says, "It's all up to Neil [Young]." Stephen Stills is into it, as are bassist Bruce Palmer and drummer Dewey Martin. The reunion doesn't happen.

The Civil War begins? A huge day thats for sure- one day hopefully we will never forget, but- was it really a day in rock? Did you ever think anybody really reads these things? I think they're great! And why is it some of our best friends hate rocknroll so much? They think the ONLY music is the Blues? They think tey can play guitars so they know more? Whats the deal anyway. And why do some people NOT listen to music at all, ever? Its like deader than a library at their house? Oh well, some things I'll never know- but now at least I know the exact date the Civil War began. Thanks Glynn- ur too cool for school.
