The 5 Food Groups.

As I was doing my usual waste-time-on-the-internet morning routine, you know, before I really dig in and pretend to work, I came across an article about healthy foods every woman should eat to be less fat, and more skinny, or something like that. I clicked on the article just for laughs, I didn't actually read it, just looked at the pictures, and then I looked around my office to see if I had any of those "super foods" on hand. Nope.
What I did find was a good representation of the Five Amy Food Groups Without Which Life Would Cease To Exist. Dry Roasted Peanuts, Parmesan Goldfish (addicted!), Starbucks (grande in a venti cup with 2 add shots of espresso), Bailey's )the only liquor I can drink), and finally and most importantly, frosty, super-cold Coors Light Bottles, my little piece of heaven on earth.
